I’ve been in your hotel from February 11th to 14th,
with four friends. We just loved it. I’ve recommended your hotel to everyone
and I will surely come back. My sister owns a travel agency, and I already
gave her all the information for booking with your hotel whenever her
clients want to go to London. The location is great but your sympathy,
attention and kindness are simply the best. We will surely contact you for

There were 8 in our party in 3 rooms and we all found
the welcome extremely friendly and we were made to feel at home. The rooms
were of good size - in one case small but adequate. In all cases the rooms
were spotlessly clean. Breakfast can be a bit of a free for all with the
limited seating capacity but again the staff was friendly and keen to
please. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was my third stay at the hotel and I have had a
refurnished room. This one was small but cleaned and nice. I will come back

I enjoyed staying at your hotel a lot. Its situation is perfect. It was so
easy to move around. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets etc
changed. And the staff was very friendly. The only drawback was there was no
scenery out of the window- just the opposite wall! Anyway, I’m sure I’ll

I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. The hotel has good
plumbing and electrical systems and is not a damp scary place like many
English hotels can be. Everything is modern and works well. Appreciate the
room safe and the lights for reading in bed. Front desk staff and the
cleaning are great. The breakfast gives you a good start on the day. And the
location is perfect.

Delightful stay for three nights. Attendants at the service desk are very
helpful. Hot drink station open 24 hours. Very close to Victoria Station.
Small rooms, clean and pleasant. We would love to stay again.

From the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk - all
of them, I had a really comfortable stay. The single room was spacious and
had everything that you need. Room 503 is spotless and soundproofed from the
noise of the trains. I would definitely stay here again - so convenient to
the Gatwick Express platform, if you walk through the Coach Station and onto
the escalator at the back entrance to the railway station. This hotel is
about a 15 minute walk from the palace. Lovely breakfast too!
